Ornamental millwork and turning is an art of creating elaborate decorative pieces in wood, metal, and other materials. 

     I invested in the Legacy Ornamental Mill in order to produce with greater speed and accuracy the fluted collumns and other components characteristic of much of the most impressive woodwork.

     Ornamental work isn't appreciated in every home, and it's not appropriate for every decor.  It can however add gravitas and solidity to the often dull boxes we use to house books and televisions these days.  

     Ornamental work can tie a room together, complimenting crown moulding and adding a sense of grandiosity and  old-world sophistication.  The possibilities are expansive.
